At Finanpunto S.A.S. ("Finanpunto", "we") we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the forms on the site: full name, email address and, where applicable, phone number. We also record technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system and anonymous browsing activity.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to organize relevant information you can consult, respond to your requests, send you informational content, improve the quality of the site, comply with legal obligations and, with your prior consent, send you periodic communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Section 5, Law 25.326), on the fulfillment of legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
5. Recipients of the information
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors under strict instructions, and with competent authorities when required by law.
6. International transfer
If the technological infrastructure requires storage outside Argentina, we ensure that an adequate level of protection is met in accordance with Law 25.326 and AAIP provisions.
7. Retention period
We retain your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the informed purposes or for the periods required by applicable regulations, after which it is securely deleted.
8. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and confidentiality at any time by writing to contacto@finanpunto.com.ar. The AAIP is the supervisory authority (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent the alteration, loss or unauthorized processing of your data. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and internal access controls.
10. Minors
The site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect information submitted by a minor, it will be deleted.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be published on this same page, indicating the date of last update.
